Return & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and aim to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product should be in the same condition as when you received it.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt).
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened, used, or tampered supplement bottles
Products without original packaging or labels
Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as “non-returnable”
Free gifts or samples
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutribliz.com or via our Contact page.
Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue and the outer packaging.
Our team will review the request and arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
We may ask you to return the product to our warehouse (shipping details will be provided).
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
You will receive an email confirmation with return instructions.
The product must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of product inspection.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for identical products (same price and variant).
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
