Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product should be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt).


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened, used, or tampered supplement bottles

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as “non-returnable”

  • Free gifts or samples


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutribliz.com or via our Contact page.

  2. Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue and the outer packaging.

  3. Our team will review the request and arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

We may ask you to return the product to our warehouse (shipping details will be provided).


4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with return instructions.

  • The product must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier service.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of product inspection.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for identical products (same price and variant).

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
